Cap off a great day of fishing relaxing around the pool and enjoying the best fish you’ve ever eaten. Because Blue Marlin Cove is just two minutes away from the ocean, and less than five miles away from water over 1,000 feet deep, your catch is just minutes away from the grill.

Char-Grilled Marlin
Ingredients:

* 4 each 6-8 oz. fresh marlin steaks

For the marinade:

* 1/2 C soy sauce
* 2 T honey
* dash cayenne pepper
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 t minced ginger
* 2 green onions, sliced thinly

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a flat dish, then add marlin steaks, and turn steaks a couple of times to coat with marinade. Let stand for at least 30 minutes. For a longer marinade time (up to 2 hours), place in refrigerator. (you can make the marinade ahead of time and store for several days in the refrigerator). Brush and pre-heat grill on medium-high. Carefully place marinated marlin steaks on grill and cook only for 3-4 minutes per side. Marlin can get tough if overcooked.
